This store sells apparel, stickers, books, and other printed goods using a print‑on‑demand (POD) model. Orders placed through this Store are automatically forwarded to third‑party POD providers, Printful and Gelato, for production and shipping. 

The Follower Series LLC does not hold inventory; all products are made to order.


2. Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped by Printful or Gelato, depending on the product and fulfillment routing. Gelato reports that 90% of orders are delivered within 5 days, with production occurring through 140+ local partners. Printful’s production and shipping timelines are governed by its own policies, which form part of its Terms of Service.

Shipping times may vary depending on the customer’s location, production partner availability, and carrier performance.


3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because products are custom‑printed on demand:

Returns or exchanges may be limited to cases of misprints, defects, or shipping damage, subject to the policies of the fulfillment provider. Both Printful and Gelato maintains its own Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which apply to orders they fulfill. Both companies handle fulfillment and delivery but does not maintain inventory; defective or incorrect items are addressed through their support process.

Printful’s Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between merchants and Printful for all use of its services. Gelato provides production and delivery services under its own operational framework and global partner network.

This Store is responsible for customer service, product listings, and compliance with Shopify’s policies.

Production quality, shipping timelines, and fulfillment accuracy are subject to the capabilities and policies of Printful and Gelato.


6. Business Registration & Legal Compliance

Shopify sellers using print‑on‑demand are still required to comply with applicable business laws. Common requirements for Shopify‑based POD businesses include: business registration, obtaining a tax ID (e.g., EIN in the U.S.), seller’s permits or business licenses depending on jurisdiction.

These requirements apply because POD stores are considered businesses once money changes hands.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs sold through The Follower Series LLC are either original works or properly licensed. Printful and Gelato print items under the merchant’s brand, not their own.
